Class times are approximately 3 hrs.
First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogens Training
If you ordered the First Aid Certification or Bloodborne Pathogens Training you will receive an email to access and complete the online class. Your eCard for the class will be provided to you once you have completed your online course.
Directions to Class
Please note: For safety reasons, only registered people are allowed to attend the class. All others must wait outside. Minors waiting outside should be accompanied by an adult.

Our classes are held inside the Apt CoWork at Savoye office that is located at 3870 Ponte Ave. Suite 110, Addison, TX 75001.
The instructor will be there to let you in 5 to 10 minutes before your class starts. If you have problems locating and accessing the office, please call (833) 770-2367.

Our classes are held inside Mt. Olive Church of Plano, which is located at 3275 Independence Parkway Plano, TX 75075.
The instructor will be there to let you in 5 to 10 minutes before your class starts. If you have problems finding and accessing the location, please call (833) 770-2367.

Our classes are held inside The Vineyard Church in Arlington which is located at 1301 W Abram St #1704, Arlington, TX 76013.
There is a reception desk as soon as you enter. Make a left at the desk and walk down the short hallway and enter the room labeled “youth room”. There is also a restroom to the right of the youth room where classes will be held.

Our classes are held inside Intelligent Office that is located in Commercial Metals Company at 6565 N MacArthur Blvd #225, Irving, TX 75039.
The instructor will let you in 5-10 minutes before the class starts. If in any case you arrive earlier than that, you can just stay inside your car for safety purposes. Please refrain from staying right outside of the office. If you have problems just before class time, please call (833) 770-2367.
Parking
3870 Ponte Ave. Suite 110, Addison, TX 75001
Parking is free in the garage at the left rear of the building, however, there is a two-hour limit per spot. Let the instructor know if you need to move your vehicles to different spots in the same lot after 2 hours.
Additionally, there are numerous parking garages in the vicinity for your convenience.
To utilize the building’s parking, enter through the garage marked “Savoye” and proceed along the driveway to the section labeled “Retail & Visitor Parking”. You may park in any space designated by the “Savoye 2 Hour Retail/Visitor Parking” sign.

AHA Guidelines
Per AHA guidelines, students are required to bring their 2020 AHA Student Manual to class. For your convenience, if you would like to order an electronic copy of the AHA Student Manual e-book for class, please click this link.
Our Policy
Classes will begin on time. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start time in order to be admitted to class. To avoid having to pay for another seat, please be sure to arrive on time. Refunds are not permitted.
For security reasons, the building door may be locked. If you arrive early, please wait in your car or in the designated area as indicated in the provided instructions. The instructor will be there 10 minutes prior to class to let you in.
How to Reschedule
If you have to reschedule it will be a $20 fee. You must follow the directions below for rescheduling. In order for a rescheduling to be properly made, we require you reschedule at least 24 hours before class time/date.
To reschedule please pay your rescheduling fee here and send an email to support@ucpra.org with your full name and your desired new class date. Do not wait to the last minute to reschedule. We will not accept any reschedules that are made AFTER the scheduled class time/date. If you try to reschedule after your class time, you will have to purchase a brand new seat on our website.
If you do not show up to class and have not rescheduled 24 hours in advance, unfortunately, you will have to repurchase another seat on our website.
Missing Your Card?
Please note that WE DO NOT ISSUE PHYSICAL CARDS in accordance with AHA guidelines. An eCard will be sent to your email on the same day as class. If you are missing your Ecard, we suggest that you check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, send an email to support@ucpra.org with your name exactly as you want it to appear on your card. Also, in that email, tell us where you took the class, the date of the class, and your proper email address, and we will get it to you by the next business day.
Terms and Conditions:
Refunds are not permitted. Reschedulings are $20 and must be made PRIOR to class. Online products, including First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogens are non-refundable.
